Mind and body are one system
Tension in the shoulders, a held breath, a knot in the stomach — these are not separate from your story, they are how your story is stored. We listen to both at once, so nothing has to be explained perfectly in words.
The approach
Systemic therapy treats you as part of a living system — your body, your history and the family line behind you. Instead of asking what is wrong with you, it asks what your body is still carrying, and for whom.

Three foundations
Tension in the shoulders, a held breath, a knot in the stomach — these are not separate from your story, they are how your story is stored. We listen to both at once, so nothing has to be explained perfectly in words.
Symptoms are messengers. Rather than quieting them, we follow them back — often to a moment long before you had language for it. Once the root is seen, the symptom no longer has to shout.
Fear, silence, over-responsibility, scarcity — these can travel down a family line, passed on before you could choose. Naming what you inherited is what gives you permission to set it down.

How healing emerges
There is no single method to follow. Healing might arrive through movement, through a memory that finally has room, through a thought spoken out loud, through drawing or another form of creative expression. My role is to keep the space safe enough that your body dares to show you.
A few minutes to settle. No pressure to perform or to have the words ready.
Gentle movement, breath, or simply attention. Something surfaces — a sensation, an image, a memory.
I ask a few questions and hold the space. What was hidden becomes visible; often a pattern in the family system reveals itself.
You leave with something you can feel, not just understand. Sessions are recorded so you can return to them.

The space
Sessions happen in a quiet room near the sea, or online from wherever you are. Either way the work is the same: unhurried attention, no performance, and enough safety that what has been held can surface on its own terms.
“You are not broken. You are carrying something that was never yours to carry — and your body knows exactly where it lives.”
